These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and htt777 ("htt777", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the htt777 website located at htt777.app and all related services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms without reservation.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Access to and use of the htt777 Platform is conditional upon your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has been created.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any specific game or promotion rules, the specific rules shall apply to the extent of the inconsistency.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any services on the htt777 Platform. htt777 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending age verification.

2.2 You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the htt777 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Online gambling laws vary significantly across different countries and regions. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are responsible for determining the legality of their participation before accessing htt777.

2.3 The following persons are not eligible to hold a htt777 account:

• Persons under 18 years of age;
• Current employees, contractors, or immediate family members of htt777 or its affiliated companies;
• Persons who have been permanently self-excluded from the Platform;
• Persons who have had a previous account closed by htt777 due to a breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the htt777 Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.

3.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number or email address, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. htt777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your username and password. Notify htt777 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 htt777 may require identity verification (KYC) documents before processing withdrawals or at any other time. Acceptable documents include a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 htt777 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and other major Pakistani banks), Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method as displayed in the Platform cashier.

4.2 All deposits and account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction as displayed in the cashier.

4.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit funds into the account. htt777 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by method: mobile wallet withdrawals are typically processed within minutes; bank transfers within 1–5 business days.

4.4 htt777 does not charge deposit fees. Withdrawal fees, if any, will be clearly displayed in the cashier prior to submission. Third-party payment provider fees are outside htt777's control and may apply.

4.5 htt777 operates anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Deposits and withdrawals may be reviewed for compliance. htt777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds for large transactions.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 htt777 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. The specific terms of each bonus – including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit, maximum bonus amount, and expiry period – are set out in the applicable promotion terms displayed at the time of the offer.

5.2 Bonuses are generally offered to players who are not currently under self-exclusion and whose accounts are in good standing. htt777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at its discretion prior to the bonus being claimed.

5.3 Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be bet before a withdrawal request will be approved.

5.4 Attempts to exploit bonuses through collusion, use of automated software, or any other improper means will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus and may result in account closure. htt777's decision in any bonus dispute is final.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 All bets and wagers placed on the htt777 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing a bet.

6.2 htt777 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, bets placed on an event after its conclusion, and bets placed in breach of these Terms or any applicable game rules.

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game or bet, htt777 will use reasonable efforts to reconstruct the outcome from server logs. Where no reliable outcome can be determined, htt777 may void the bet and return the stake.

6.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on htt777 and are displayed within each game or betting market interface. htt777 may adjust limits at any time.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the htt777 Platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Fraudulent chargebacks or disputed transactions with payment providers;
• Opening duplicate accounts;
• Providing false identity or age information;
• Money laundering or using htt777 for any illegal financial activity;
• Any conduct intended to defraud, harm, or disrupt the Platform or other users.

htt777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account engaged in prohibited conduct and to recover any funds obtained through such conduct.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the htt777 Platform – including software, game content, text, images, logos, and trademarks – is the intellectual property of htt777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use htt777's intellectual property outside of your personal use of the Platform.

8.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from htt777.

9. Privacy & Data

9.1 htt777 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

9.2 htt777 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law.

10. Responsible Gaming

10.1 htt777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform offers deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. You can access these tools at any time through your account settings or by contacting htt777 support.

11.2 htt777's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your htt777 account in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11.3 The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Suspension & Termination

12.1 htt777 may suspend or terminate your account at any time with or without notice if: (a) you breach these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by law or regulatory authority; (c) we reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering, or other improper conduct; or (d) you request account closure.

12.2 Upon termination, any balance remaining in your account after deducting applicable adjustments will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13. Amendments

13.1 htt777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notice of material amendments will be provided via email or in-account notification at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
